How to Check Who is Ready-to-Demonstrate a Competency

Run the Ready-to-Demonstrate Report

1. In the left-menu, select Reports.
2. On the Reports page, select Ready to Demonstrate.

Print Report

1. Hover over the comptency to learn what it is.
2. Group by Youth rather than Badge, if the list is currently sorted by Badge.
3. Select Print (top-right) to bring a paper copy to your meeting. When printed, the full text of the competency will appear in the printed version.

NOTE: if all members who will be testing the youth have online access to this report during the event, sorting and printing is not necessary. In that case, the report is best run during the meeting.

Tip: If using paper, cut the paper list by Youth and sort the paper by Lodges/Lairs/Patrols, so that the tester can be handed the relevant material to be tested for that particular Lodge/Lair/Patrol.
