-
Contact Families to let them know a youth should prepare for badge testing at an upcoming meeting or event
-
How competencies marked as ready-to-demonstrate can be changed to 'completed'.
-
Before the end of the meeting or event, how do you know what to get out of the badge box to award to the youth?

Learn how to have Siblings appear on your Adventure Application Form (AAF)
ScoutsTracker for Registrars
-
Parents and Other Adults with roles in MyScouts can be imported into ScoutsTracker as 'Other Participants'
-
Parents and Other Adults with roles in MyScouts must have their current screening status reflected in ScoutsTracker to allow for AAF processing.
-
Parents and Other Adults (Other Participants) can have the name of the youth associated with them appended to their name. This assists Scouters in knowing who is related to who on signup forms.
-
Once an adult Other Particpant has been added to ScoutsTracker, linking their login to youth in their family can be completed manually.
-
Copy diet and allergy information from Physical Fitness Forms into ScoutsTracker, so it can appear in Emergency Lists.
-
Send Welcome Messages to Participants who are new or never received previous messages
-
View phone numbers, allergy, diet and other note about all participants, or those just attending an event.
-
Another adult or parent without a MyScouts account or Parent Helper/Overnight role can receive a ScoutsTracker login, but it must be created manually.
The login will then be linked with any associated youth in the section. The login will be able to receive section emails and sign up their youth (and themselves, in the case of Other Participants).
