After an event, completion of badge requirements covered by the event can be credited to attending youth.
1. Select Schedule from the left menu.
2. Select the event for which credit has been given.
Credit can be given to youth if:
a) The event has associated badge requirements added to its plan.
b) Attendance has been entered into ScoutsTracker for the event via the Manage button. Attendance can only be entered after the scheduled start of the event.
1. Select Give Credit... (the big green button near the bottom.
1. Select the completed competencies. Note that some items like number of nights camped are tallied, and therefore the credit is a number (+2n) rather than a check mark.
2. Select the Completed Date (defaults to event date)
3. Select Save in the top-right
If the event has all payments recorded, attendance taken, and credit given, it should be finalized. This ensures it shows up in annual reports, and the event will no longer appear accompanied by a warning sign icon in the calendar.
1. Select Yes for Finalized?.
2. In the confirmation dialog that appears, select Yes.
When no youth are credited with a requirement associated with the event, ScoutsTracker will prompt for an action to be taken.
If no youth were credited because the requirement was planned but not actually done at the event, select Remove. This is a way of maintaining a record of which items were actually covered at the camp.
If the requirement was covered but no youth were able to achieve the competency, select Keep.
