How to View the Emergency List

View phone numbers, allergy, diet and other note about all participants, or those just attending an event.

Generate the Emergency List

1. Select Account.
2. Select Emergency List.

Select List Options (Optional)

1. To only view participants of a participar event, Set Filter by participation to On, and select the event from the event list that appears. Otherwise, all youth ans Scouters will appear in the list.
2. To include Other Participants in the Emergency List, set Show Other Participants to Yes.

View or Print the Emergency List

1. View the Allergy, Diet and other notes for every participant or every member of the section.
2. (optional) Print the list by selecting Print in the top right.
3. (optional) Call a participant using one of the Call buttons.
