How to sign up for an event using the schedule

Let your leaders know whether you'll attend

Navigate to the event in the Schedule

1. Select Schedule from the left menu.
2. If in list view (seen above), scroll the list to the desired event. Events with signups have a green Sign Up! button in the view.
If in Calendar view, select the month for the event you wish to sign up for.
3. Select an event to view the details.

Note that events with signup deadlines will have both the event and the signup deadline appear on the respective dates.

In this example, the signup due Feb 8 is selected.

View the event

1. Select Sign Up!

Sign up for the event

1. Indicate that you will attend the event
2. OPTIONAL: For events that accept guests, indicate the # of guests attending with you.
3. OPTIONAL: Enter a note to provide exceptional information
4. Select Save to return.(either top right, or use the Save button)

Thank you!

Select Close.

You're signed up!

Beside the Sign Up"! button, it now indicates that you've signed up.

Be sure to review the information before attending the event, paying particular attention to what is needed to Be Prepared.
