How to Record an Expectations Discussion

Previous Steps: How to Sign Into MyScouts. How to Select a Person .
1. Once an individual has been selected and they are being viewed, select Screening from the left menu.

Add the Expectations Discussion Record

1. Select the Expectations Tab
2. Select the add (+) button.

Enter Scouter Name and Date of Discussion

1. Enter the name of the Scouter that had the expectations discussion with the individual
2. Set the Approximate Date of the discussion.
3. Select Save.

Optional: Activate Role

A record of the expectations discussion now appears on the tab.

1. If all screening elements have been completed, the Activate command in the top-right of the dialog can be selected.
